Reformer Basics - – This package is a pre-requisite for any new student who wants to regularly attend our group reformer/Pilates Plus classes. These 4 half hour private reformer sessions and 4 one hour group mat sessions introduce the beginner to the fundamentals of Pilates and the basic elements of our dynamic reformer sessions. 
 
Reformer – This open level group reformer class takes the basics, ups the pace, streamlines the flow and syncopates the movements. Great care is taken to personalize the session for each client.
 
Pilates Plus – An invigorating combination of core strength on the reformer and the fat-burning effect of cardiovascular training. This class is designed help you shed pounds & trim down those “hard to target” areas. The results - toned arms, sculpted thighs, trim abs and a firm, lifted seat.
 
Prenatal Class- Thesereformer sessions are designed to keep you fit during and after pregnancy. This 1 hour class alleviates maternal aches and pains, helps prepare you for child birth, corrects muscular and postural imbalances and makes it much easier for you to get back into shape after your baby is born. Perfect from your 1st trimester and beyond, these classes are guaranteed to boost your mood and energy levels as you workout in a nurturing & supportive environment with other moms. Our small class size assures personalized attention and program design.
 
Tween Mat – The goal of this 30-minute class is to improve the health, fitness and confidence level of pre-teen girls, ages 9-12. The class takes a playful approach to teaching age appropriate Pilates exercises to pre-teens through games and team drills.

 

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
 
-         Please call or text 619-243-4014 to schedule your sessions.
-         24 hour cancellation policy applies to all classes. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class and you do not call to cancel 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your session. A “no show” is an automatic forfeiture of your session.

Michele Schlanbusch is a competitive athlete, a certified Pilates instructor, massage therapist & corrective movement specialist. Michele brings a dynamic and fresh perspective to all of her Pilates sessions.

Fit Beyond 50 – As we age, our bodies can start to go south. Our belly’s pooch, our arms and shoulders sag, our thighs and backsides lose their tone, wreaking havoc on the lower back, knees and neck. This 1hour reformer class is designed to slow down this “southern migration” and reverse its evil effects by strengthening the weak support muscles; fortifying less than stable joints and realign the spine from the inside out.
